By accessing or using Zerith ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users — anonymous visitors, free account holders, and paid subscribers. "We", "us", and "our" refer to ToolTab, the operator of Zerith.
Zerith is an AI-powered keyword research tool that generates keyword ideas, difficulty estimates, search volume estimates, and content suggestions based on a topic you provide. Results are generated by an AI model and are estimates — not guaranteed accurate data.
The Service is available at zerith.tooltab.io and the landing page at tooltab.io/zerith.
To use the full Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Zerith.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Zerith offers four plans with the following limits:

We reserve the right to adjust plan limits or pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any changes take effect.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms at paddle.com/legal/terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro, Ultimate, and Business plans. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of a payment, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are not issued for unused portions of a subscription period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Zerith uses AI to generate keyword data, volume estimates, difficulty scores, and content suggestions. This output is provided for informational and research purposes only.
You own the output generated from your searches. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over keyword results generated for you.
The Zerith name, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of ToolTab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
The keyword research results generated by Zerith based on your inputs belong to you. You are free to use them for any lawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolTab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify signed-in users via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Zerith after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
