We'll verify your eligibility and confirm the refund within 1 business day.
Paddle processes the refund. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee window and want a refund, please email us separately.
